The Giant Deer

Don't mistake this, the wolves aren't tiny. Their prey is f***ing huge. Fiona was born the same size as the rest of her herd, but had a birth-defect. (If you want to call it that.) Her body just started growing and couldn't stop until she became 40 feet tall. Now she can have her fill of leaves at the top of trees. She's also too tall for any predators to kill and eat. These wolves aren't so used to prey the same size as a tree. The one wolf is trying to bite her leg, but can bare get his jaws around it and is afraid she might deflect his bite and break his jaw in the process. And to her, his bite has the same feel as nibbling on an itch, which is soothing her leg, actually. Guess this pack will try and find prey that's more their size.
